We don't have a gas stove at home, and an electric stove is just not suited for roasting an eggplant (or brinjal, as it is called in India). We recently bought a grill, and roasted the eggplant on it. Here are the results.




Unfortunately, I was not at home for the rest of the steps, and so, no pictures of the finished product :(
